My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic, being close to everything in Como itself and a short walk to the ferry, the rooms were a bit underwhelming, with some being quite small and lacking charm. My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were simple but lacked some basic amenities like drinking glasses; however, the bed was nice and the AC worked well.
